Do I need to apply for, pay service deposit, sign contract for WiBox service?
 
No. Just bring home a WiBox, plug in and use. It’s that simple!

Are there any monthly access fee & minimum usage commitment?
 
No. Just top up when your WiBox balance is low.

I subscribe to local telco home prepaid fixed line service. Can I use WiBox?
 
Yes, however your local telco will impose a surcharge of 30sen per minute for every call made via WiBox, thus resulting in no cost saving at all.

How do I top up?
 
by phone:
1. Purchase a top up card. Locate your nearest WiBox Top Up Points.
2. Scratch to display the top up PIN
3. Pick up handset & press ##3. At voice prompt, press 1
4. Follow instructions to key in top up PIN

via Internet:
1. Register at www.wibox.com.my/register.php with valid email address & WiBox serial number (at back of the box)
2. Login
3. Select Top Up
4. Select amount
5. Key in credit card (Visa/Master) info at secure payment gateway

via Maybank2U:
1. Login at www.maybank2u.com.my
2. Click Accounts & Banking tab
3. Click Bill Payment
4. Click Make a one-off payment
5. Select Broadcasting & Telecommunications then click continue
6. Select Extiva Communications Sdn Bhd then click continue
7. Key in amount e.g. RM10, RM30 or RM50
8. Key in WiBox Serial No for both Bill Reference No & Bill Account No
(Top up via Maybank2U will be effective next working day)

No. WiBox is using the proven PSTN technology for reliable quality voice calls.

When you sign up or register online, you can:

  • check balance online

  • receive email notification when talk time credit is low

How do I sign up (register) online?
 
When you receive your WiBox, note the serial number at back of WiBox unit. Go to http://www.wibox.com.my/register.php?signtype=new&submit=Next and simply fill up the online form.

I do not receive the activation email when I register online. What should I do?
 
  • Make sure the email address you entered is actually correct.
  • Gmail, Yahoo and Hotmail all have spam blockers. Check your trash and spam folders.
  • If you still cannot get the activation email, please contact us
