Why Top Up?

WiBox is a prepaid service. New box comes with RM5.00 talk time. All call charges will then be deducted from this available talk time credit. When the credit is low, it is time to reload and top up.

How To Top Up?

You can top up online with credit card or purchase top up coupon.

Top up coupons are available in many convenient locations nationwide including authorized resellers outlets at ATM, petrol station, convenient store, department store and hypermarket.

Step By Step

1. Top Up Coupon
WiBox top up coupons come in denominations of RM10, RM30 and RM50. Your top up PIN is display on your purchased top up coupon.

Plug in WiBox to your wall socket and home phone. Follow the instructions below:

2. Sign Up Online
To top up online, sign up and register first. This will also activate WiBox warranty.

Step 1: Go to www.wibox.com.my

Step 2: At user login section, click Sign Up (Activate Warranty)

Step 3: Key in your email address, serial number (7-digit number at back of WiBox) & other particulars
and click Register.

Step 4: A validation email will be sent to you. Click on the email link to verify your email address.
You are now ready to:
- Top Up
- Check Balance
- Check Expiry Date

3. Top Up Online

Step 1:Login at www.wibox.com.my

Step 2:Click Top Up Balance

Step 3:Select a top up value (RM10, RM30 or RM50)

Step 4:Click Next. Get your credit card ready and follow instructions on screen.

Check TalkTime Credit Validity

WiBox preloaded talk time credit and subsequent top up credit come with validity period. Upon expiration, you need to top up again to ensure continuation of service.
